Have you asked your oncologist about this? Or your dermatologist? This looks like a retail skin product, and because you have an advanced skin cancer you would be wise to run anything you put on your skin past your doctors to make sure it doesn't interact with anything else you are taking, or have any sort of adverse effect on your skin.
When it comes to cancer treatment, sometimes even the most innocuous sounding products can cause drug interaction, increased sensitivity and that sort of thing. So just to be safe, I would run it by your providers.
