It is definitely the caffeine! Also too much of sodium and sugar can effect it badly with a uneasy feeling making it more than 10 times an hour to the toilet (no joke!). From my experience I started drinking water when I was going through it and it truly relieved the uneasy feeling. I thought it was a coincident but tried the next time and came to a conclusion that drinking is the fixed for it. Once I removed the sugary drinks, and the heavy caffeine (coffee) and drank moderately, and drinking more water, I was going to the toilet less times. Just to be safe I got an ultra sound on my bladder, kidneys and phosphate. It checked out good.
I am no doctor but I have seen the side effects of taking too much medications for every symptoms, unless it is dealing with bacteria so obviously would need antibiotics. What I am saying I don't like to depend on medications for minor symptoms; flu, headaches, etc.
Exercise more and eat healthy to avoid the abundant symptoms is no secret.
