I know exactly how you are feeling! You are evaluating every ache, cramp, tingling and any other symptom to give you a sign if you are pregnant. It is amazing that something as amazing as becoming pregnant-- a fertilized egg implanting into your uterus--would not produce a few more signs as it is happening! My husband and I tried for 6 months before I became pregnant, and EVERY month I was doing the same thing as you-- wondering and waiting.

You are doing everything you can, from frequent sex around the time that you are most likely most fertile, to tracking your fertile window.

The symptoms you are experiencing could be anything or nothing, honestly. Unfortunately, pre-menstrual symptoms, implantation and early-pregnancy symptoms mimic each other so closely that it is difficult to distinguish. I am sure you have done much reading on this topic, and know that many women do not feel implantation. Some women do feel a little cramp or see a little spotting. Plus, cramps and other symptoms could also be from your digestive system.

The only way to know if you are pregnant is to wait until your period begins or to take a home pregnancy test once you have missed your expected period. Hang in there...and let us know either way!
