I got the herald patch over a month ago. About 2 weeks ago the bumps began popping u on my lower back then my side my breasts are covered. My sides are horrendous. At this point it is everywhere. Even my hair, neck both front and back, hands and feet, arm legs. I got a steroids shot yesterday and was back at urgent care today. The itching is so intense I can sleep, its been days izbe slept well and I am beginning a 9 day treatment plan with prednisone. I have been tanning in the backyard for 3 days 20 minutes a day and haven't seen ANY improvement if anything its gotten worse. Anybody with any suggestions?
