I'm in my 5th time with PR...it will spread for about 10 days. Once it stops spreading you can start using the tanning bed. The ONLY treatment that has worked for me is the tanning bed. It disappears on my upper body relatively faster than my legs. I'm also using coconut oil, as well as ingesting it and it's helping a little. The worst part of PR is the waiting. It does feel like it lasts forever, but it does go away after about 8-10 weeks.
