I went to my doctor after i found a few large red patches on my skin thinking they were bites they were itchy but not majorly. The two doctors i saw told me it was fungal and gave me some creams for that, the spots where not going down at all about two weeks later BOOM about 50/80 spots all over my belly arms and legs back and neck were covered. I couldnt do anything. Wearing a bra was painful! I was covered in calamine lotion i went to the doctors again, they gave me some Dermol cream to wash in and some e45 but the wash made them red and god did the e45 make them sting the itching was so severe i was in tears every day. This lasted around 2-3 weeks i am now in my 5week and we have had some sun here and i have been sitting in the sun for 10-15 mins a day. I did want to try the sunbed but i was to scared it would make it worse, The rash is not itchy at all now but the lumps have spread and gone white, i still carry on with the creams and it no longer stings they come up more red once creamed but go down after. Im hoping its on its way out. But my advice is get some sun carry on with your treatements wear lose clothing shower in luke warm water calamine to stop itching and sleep with a fan on! even if its cold! take anti histamines
