I've had PR for about 9 weeks now, and its just starting to dissapear. It's been horrible to look at, feel & discover when/if theres new spots. Things that helped me were: Diet, eating basic/healthy foods (not too strict, yet trying to avoid foods that make me feel bad) I felt like cutting down /out dairy. Lotions/Soap, I had to use a soapless bodywash, it made my skin feel more "pure" I guess you could say. For lotions, I had to find a purfumeless , hydrating and sensitive skin cream. I found a tub of Aveeno, which was amazing - and lathered it on my body quick after drying off from a shower. It made my skin itch less and feel better. If itching was really bad, I'd have an antihistamine tablet and I tried out some low steroid cream.

So I'd say stay away from purfumes, soaps and things that make you feel bad. I really dislike the sight of my PR. But it really does start to go away. Mine showed no signs of change (it just got worse and worse, spreading further down my arms and legs, where people would see) then one day, it began to change colour, which was scary, and looked like it might scar. But after maybe 2 weeks, it started to shrink and dissapear completely.
