I have my second reoccurrence of PR, and was initially diagnosed with granuloma annulare. My second opinion dermatologist said it was PR, which was what I asked the first doctor about, but she had been adamant that it was granuloma annulare, which can be lifelong, and I had been very depressed. However, I asked for a biopsy confirmation and it is PR. He recommended that you let your spots have sunlight, not a tanning bed, and the natural light, about 15 minutes a day on affected areas, is supposed to help. Steroid creams did nothing for it, and I first got mine right at my wedding and honeymoon, and I was soooo miserable and upset. Having it reoccur is an anomaly in itself, and I suppose I need to bolster my immune system. I am very concerned that info states that this can cause a miscarriage, since I am wanting to have a child, and have a recurring issue.
