The ONLY treatment that worked for me after my flu shot in November 2014 was a cortisone injection given by an orthopedist. He had treated many others with similar symptoms after a flu shot and reported all felt better. PLEASE, PLEASE, give this a try. I had done EVERYTHING else and had the pain for 9 months before getting the shot. I thought I would never be rid of the pain. It worked!!!!! Hallelujah!
