I can reassure you, that from what you shared, your girlfriend was not a risk for pregnancy.
Semen contains sperm.But, you said covered yourself with a paper towel before ejaculation. Now, some sperm from that ejaculation may have remained in your urethra. If you used the bathroom soon after, any sperm was flushed out with the urine. But, if not, that stowaway sperm could have been in your pre ejaculate fluid if you released any after the first ejaculation.
Odds are your girlfriend used toilet tissue when she wiped after using the bathroom. I doubt she inserted her fingers into her vagina at that time. So, I don't see any chance for sperm to have entered her.
