helpher,
The only fluid that could "spill" would be ejaculatory fluid.

As I mentioned above, "pre-ejaculatory fluid" is only a few drops...literally a few drops...found on the tip of a man's penis when it becomes erect. Sometimes this fluid is not noticeable.

I'm not understanding how you are saying you did not ejaculate, but some ejaculatory fluid spilled on her vagina when the condom broke? Please read my previous answer again, as the fluids involved with sex that are abundant are either vaginal secretions or ejaculatory fluid. Again, the "pre-cum" has little to do with the actual sex act...it has to do with the penis becoming erect (and, as you know, a penis can become erect without having sex). Pre-cum has nothing to do with climaxing, orgasm, ejaculating, etc. There is not a lot of it to spill.

If there was fluid inside the condom, that can only be ejaculation. If the condom broke (or, slid off), then the semen inside the condom contains sperm, and could result in pregnancy.

Do you know when her last menstrual period was, and when is she expecting her next one?
