Yes, there is a chance for pregnancy when you miss more than one pill; it decreases its effectiveness. The pills work by providing your body a consistent dose of synthetic hormones that work in your body to prevent ovulation and other things...all to prevent pregnancy. When you miss 2 or more pills in-a-row, this consistent dose is interrupted.
It is important to follow the directions exactly...if you miss 2 pills (this happens!), be sure to use back-up method of birth control for the next 7 days. Then, you would be protecting yourself from possible risk of pregnancy. If you miss 2 pills, be sure to take them as instructed (you just said you will take the next one like normal...you did not mention if you are making up the missed pills?). Wednesday: took pill as normal
Thursday: missed pill
Friday: missed pill
Saturday: take Thursday's missed pill AND Saturday's pill as normal
Sunday: take Friday's missed pill AND Sunday's pill as normal

Unfortunately, we can't tell you the risk of pregnancy, as there are so many factors that are not known until you begin a period or take a home pregnancy test. It takes 10-14 days after ovulation (after unprotected sex) to even become pregnant, so if this just happened a few days ago, you would not be pregnant yet (the fertilized egg would not be implanted in your uterus yet, so you would have no pregnancy symptoms). The pill does not harm the baby during this time, since it is not implanted, and you would know within a few weeks if you are pregnant or not.
I'm sorry...I know this is not what you wanted to hear. How long ago was the unprotected sex incident? If it was within the last 120 hours, you can take emergency contraception. Be sure to make up your missed pills, and use back-up protection for 7 days!
