Sorry, I am not replying to that, I'm adding to my comment. wanted to add the I've been working out 3-6 times a week for at least an hour & half(strwnth training for 45 min, 15-20 min of cardio, stretching. I feel like I should be skinny but I am not. Its been a long road but over the course of 2 years I've lost 20 lbs & have not been able to loose another lb. I know my diet could use some improvements but it's not terrible. I'm prob eating 1400-1500 cal a day which is sligirly over what my fitness pal (an app) suggests.
