Joann I'm so glad to hear back from you!

I don't know what is in the Sleep Tonight supplement, but I will say some people find a lot of help taking melatonin supplements for sleep. However, some of us, myself included, have a paradoxical reaction and get agitated instead of sleepy! So like many of the other things you've tried, it is a trial and error thing. For the people it helps, it's really great. Exercise early in the day helps sleep as well.
