Hi Cary, in response to your note about Melatonin. I had the same reaction. The people at the Vitamin Shoppe told me that it can cause vivid dreams and other issues, and is not good for long term use in some people. They suggested the Gaba and Glycine to me. These two supplements, along with the Sleep Tonight formula helps me to sleep most nights. Now, if I could find something for the annoying night sweats, which wake me up many nights now. Going to try vitamin e. Yes, trial and error!!! But so much better than drugs. Been there done that, side effects not worth it. Getting off of sleep medication was a nightmare and made everything worse. My suggestion to women out there. Try supplements first, sleep medication works short term but then you need more, and getting off of it (any of them) is sooo hard, major rebound...which means NO sleep at all. Not kidding. I've tried many, and in my opinion, they are all addicting.

Thanks again for everything. Hugs.
