I have a couple of questions for you. I have heard of this before.

Do you get very overheated when you have sex? I mean, super hot and sweaty? Do you get very overheated with other activities and become nauseated?

My other question is, have you ever been a fainter? One of those people who gets woozy at the site of certain things or when you are shocked or anything like that?

The two things I am thinking of is first, if you get really overheated it may be that you are experiencing a low blood pressure. When you get hot and your heart rate goes up the response by your body is to relax your blood vessels to let the heat escape more easily. This lowers your blood pressure and can cause nausea.

The other thing is a vasovagal response. Your vagus nerve innervates most of your trunk. If you have anal sex, it can stimulate the vagus nerve. But also, people who faint with a scare or at the sight of blood have a vasovagal response that make them faint. I wonder if somehow during sex your vagus nerve is being stimulated? This sort of explains it: https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/fainting. You don't have to completely pass out for it to be a vasovagal thing.

I don't know if this helps, but those are the first things I thought of.
