I also am 23 and I am too not over weight , no trauma to my tailbone and had a demple as well in the top of my butt crack that eventually lead to a pilonidal cyst which was surgically removed . It's been 2 years almost and I just found a small painful bump on the top of my incision. I'm so scared.
