It is absolutely possible to look like a woman and have sex without a uterus. If you have ovaries, you are making and responding to your body's hormones. If you have a vagina, you can have normal sex. This is the case after a hysterectomy, and in some cases girls may be born with this sort of reproductive configuration.
There would be no real way for the partner to know about this unless it was obvious or discussed that she did not have periods.
