I can't say for certain but it sounds a lot like perimenopause to me. You could take a pregnancy test now and it might be accurate, but in your place I would wait a few more days or a week.
It's a weird time of life because your cycles are changing with perimenopause, and yet there is this little chance you could still become pregnant. My mind always has trouble reconciling those two facts. I'm 46 so I know what you're going through.
