Yes... you found it!!!! Yea!!! It take some time and discipline to learn to 'let go' of all those thoughts going through your mind. That's part of what Yoga is about. It isn't easy. The poses, the relaxation.. it's a challenge! If you want something with more of a feel of 'working out'.. you might want to try a Pilate class.. or.. better yet.. a class that mixes Pilate and Yoga. Great strengthening routines mixed with relaxation and stretching exercises!!! I really want to get back into my yoga routine and will... someday! :) Thanks for the article!! Good one!! ~ Ginga ;)
