I'm 42 had surgical menopause last year. I'm struggling with my weight and my body shape out. Im now on estrogen replacement therapy (brand- progynova). I thought on ert can help my body shape maintain but it's not. After read your message, I think I wanna try bhrt. What brand of bhrt you would suggest?
