comments here really hit home to me I have felt the exact way about all the issues raised. I never thought I could shift the weight I did every thing from the gym to diets to not eating. Then one day I thought right I'm not letting this control me anymore. First I found the right meds that worked for me I can't stress enough everyone is different what worked for me may not work for you. I took kliovance I nearly stopped it three times but I persisted with all the weirdness I was feeling and took it everyday. It took six months before I think my body got use to it and I felt sort of ok. Then once that was sorted I was like right gym and diet time when I first started I was only loosing 1kilo a month very disheartening but I kept going and now 12 months later iv lost 12 kilos. I listened to my body and cut the gym to 3 days a week 1hour sessions. My ability to work out like I use to 5 days was not sustainable I wasn't In my old body anymore this was my new body and I had to figure out what worked best. I did start swimming as well which tones you up but for me it did take 12 months and I know it's easy to say hard to do but try to not worry as much about the scales when I worried about it the scales didn't move when I was not checking the scales all the time that's when the kilos were dissapering.
So my tips are
Concentrate on one thing at a time if your trying new meds upping your work out and dieting your body's in overload. Try to stay on a meds if that's an option you are looking at till your body adjusts I got lots nausea in the beginning wanted to quit but it's just perseverance. Even though it would be great to loose 5kilos a month be happy with one kilo because it does add up. Swimming or aqua fit is great in summer. I hope this helps someone as I know how it feels I truly thought I would never loose a kilo again. but I'm fitter stronger and mentaly healthy again.
