It's a a stabbing sharp pain at first then it kind of dulls out when I ouch or press on it it hurts like cramps it's on my lower right side of my stomach Ijust recently got a a iinternal untrasound..when the nurse had to move the camera downward to look inside it hurt when she moved it towards the right side it hurt but when she was looking over the left side it didn't hurt. So it hurts when i press on it and it hurts in the inside. The pain lasts all day some times more intense at night... sometimes I'll get really sharp pains in my anus sharp throbbing pain..the pain has to be somewhat localized because when she inserted the camera it hurt when she was looking on the side that bothers me. But all together if feels like cramps those are usually muscle pain the pain is right in the middle between one week and 3 weeks after my period this time it was 2 weeks after no it doesn't change it happens almost every month sometimes it's less painful like less intense. Buts it every month. This pain is the same pain i feel during my cycle . I have 7 day periods from first red spot to the last brown one the some about every 28 days..i don't really get painful cramps the pain i feel on the off season lol is worse than when i actually on my period usually but every now and then I'll have a really bad period and I'll be in a lot of pain. The highest pain level for cramps is probably a 7 but these off season cramps can be as bad a s a 91/2 but it's sharp so it'll happen really fast itll go back down and only hurt a little then a second later I'll get another one kind of like that.
This is what I'm experiencing also when ever I got the pelvic ultra sound it came up negative for any cysts on my over is and I thought for sure that's what it was. Also I've never had a urinary tract infection never been pregnant or got a abortion.
