You may be experiencing breakthrough bleeding (spotting in-between periods), or your period could be starting. When you miss pills, it can cause some irregularity in your cycle and you can have some spotting. The blood color can be red, pink, brown..or some combination. The white or clear fluid can either be vaginal secretions also called cervical mucus (women have this all throughout their cycle), and it can also be semen from intercourse. All of this mixed together would create more of a pink hue in your spotting.

When are you expecting your next period?

I am surprised that your doctor would not tell you that antibiotics can decrease the effectiveness of your pill, but perhaps it was not significant enough. You may want to call and ask, but that is irrelevant when you miss pills, as that definitely decreases the effectiveness of the pill. Women forget pills on occasion, but the more pills you miss (especially in-a-row), the less effective your pills are in preventing pregnancy. You can take a pregnancy test if you miss your next period, but the blood you are seeing sounds like an upcoming period.
