That is also a common problem with PMS. If you are concerned, definitely see your health care provider, though. You know your body best, so if you are worried or think something is off, it doesn't hurt to get checked out.

Foods higher in fiber are more filling, like vegetables and whole grain. I don't know what your diet is like but maybe increasing fiber will help you feel more full.
