This is EXACTLY what happened to me. Got it at Walgreens, by the pharmacist and I thought it was unusually high up. Whenever the plunger was pressed I felt tingling all the way down to my fingertips. I couldn't move my arm at all for 3 days. It's now been over a week and I can't sleep on it. I awake several times in the night and it goes numb. Very painful.
