You really should check with your doc because your specific situation may have an effect on exercise recommendations. One thing with cystocele is that you do not want to raise pressure in your abdomen. Anything that would cause straining or pushing might be a problem. Walking is low impact, and does not usually raise intra-abdominal pressure so it may be okay, but again, it is good to check with your doc to make sure it is appropriate in your specific situation with your specific health history.
