Will you be OK, meaning not pregnant? You have a very high risk of pregnancy if you are having unprotected sex without condoms and without taking your birth control pills..missing 7 pills!

Since you just had sex last night, can you get emergency contraception? Call your local pharmacist and ask if they have Plan B or Plan B One Step. You do not need a prescription if you are 17 years of age or older.

Missing 2 or more pills can increase your chance of pregnancy, as the pill is only 99% effective when taken consistently and correctly every time. When you miss pills, this effectiveness rate goes down. The worst time to miss pills are before or after your week of inactive pills, since these are hormone-free..this means you have been hormone-free for 14 days consecutively, and its likely the pill is not offering you any protection right now.
