To become pregnant sperm has to be in your vagina and swim up to meet an egg. Without penetration this is not likely. Transferring sperm from a hand and then in is also unlikely. You are probably not pregnant.
However, maybe you should think about what type of birth control you will use in the future so you do not have to go through this worry again. Good luck and thanks for writing.
