Ok, so i have my results from the ultrasound.....and sure enough i have an ovarian cyst almost the size of my ovary. The first suggestion from the doctor is laparoscopy surgery (such a scarey thought). He stated that the surgery will be a minor outpatient surgery just to drain the cyst. Is there any other way to get rid of the cyst without having to go through surgery??? Can birthcontrol get rid of the cyst over time???? or is it too big???? I really don't want surgery but I want to do what ever i need to get rid of this cyst.
