You are really only talking about a week+ here, and that is not at all uncommon, generally speaking. Now it's been couple of weeks so you could be mid-cycle and beginning a little PMS or something.
Even though you are normally very regular, this adjustment in your cycle is probably just one of those things where body changes up a bit. Stress, age, eating patterns; there are a zillion things or sometimes nothing at all that cause changes and adjustments in your cycle. If you've had a period, you weren't pregnant. Have you had unprotected sex since then? If not, I'm not sure why you are worried.
If you miss a period, test again. If you are having unprotected sex, start using contraception if you are not ready to raise a child. But this sounds more like changes in cycle than pregnancy.
