I too want larger breasts and will not opt for surgery. I have recently purchased a device called the "Brava System", that offers some promise. There are many devices out there that just won't work but I have confidence in this system.
The only draw back is that it is anything but a quick fix. The device must be worn a minimum of 10 hours a day for a minimum of 10 weeks. They say you can gain up to 2 cups but I think 1/2 to 1 cup increase is more likely.
