Why does your father not want to have the surgery?
Can you write us with his diagnosis? We don't typically download files to answer questions. But if he had a heart cath and they are saying he will die without surgery, my suggestion would be to have the surgery or get a fast second opinion. Waiting can be a very dangerous gamble.
