If you have not had unprotected intercourse since your last normal period in December, you can rule out pregnancy. If you have, then take a home pregnancy test, now but test in the morning. Use the first urine of the day.
If your sleeping pattern and weight gain coincides with the changes in your menstrual cycle, then that is most likely the cause.
If you continue to miss a period, consider scheduling an appointment with your gynecologist, just to have yourself checked.
