Anon - You've mentioned that you're more stressed out than usual. This alone can cause a late period even if they're been regular in the past. Your test tomorrow should confirm whether or not you're pregnant or just late with your period. Other than confirming that you're taking the right steps to find out why you're late there isn't much more anyone can do.
