By now, pregnancy tests would be accurate. Which test gave you a very faint positive, the last one you took? It seems very odd (to me) all the rest were negative but that one. You could have a hormonal imbalance. Has your doctor checked for this? Stress, sudden weight loss, illness, and many other things can impact a woman's cycle.
A pelvic ultrasound gives a visualization of the female pelvic organs and structures including the uterus, cervix, vagina, fallopian tubes and ovaries. You will know more after the test. Try to worry.
