Can you tell us more about your diagnosis? What type of ovarian cyst have you been diagnosed with (severity, treatment recommendations, etc)? Are you experiencing frequent or excessive pain?
Pain can be felt in many places; not just in the exact location of the condition. However, I am not sure what you mean by "strange sensations" near your ribs. Are you currently seeing a medical doctor?
