Strolling on the beach has truly helped my incessant plantar fasciitis. Likewise I drink glucosamine each day. Stop using from modest flip slumps with supple sole and etc. Additionally wear shoes that fit! I also use empty bottle and roll it over and over with my feet or sometimes with a lawn tennis ball.
