I am not sure what you mean by "he did not know what the surgery was for" ("he" meaning your regular doctor, correct?).
Your doctor has your health records, and I'm not sure what surgery you are referring to. I do not understand how your stomach would be full of pee, and then you had surgery for an inverted uterus and bladder while pregnant?
This is an interesting story, but more information would be helpful to understand your circumstances, the exact surgery and treatment you had, etc.
