I am one of your physically flawed sisters! But there are ways around it. The best solution for me has been to do weight training at the gym. Lifting lighter weights for tone will not do it. You need to move up progressively to heavier weights--start as light as 1 or 2 pounds until you have the strength for more. Diet can sometimes help too, if you avoid sweets. Best of luck!
