Thanks for the articles. I do not find the answer to what ingredient provides increased energy. I do not see any stimulants in Amberen, but we all know that the body is a complex organism and is affected by many things (we eat, breathe, think, etc).
If anything, the Mag/Cal combo are known to relax and have been suggested at bedtime to help promote sleep. We shall see . . .
