Anon - It's really difficult to determine what you are asking from the information you've posted. Were you able to determine what the greenish substance was? Has the breast sensation only occurred once or is it ongoing?
If you are dealing with some type of isolated incident then you most likely have nothing to worry about. If you continue to experience sensation, or if the sensation escalates to pain, then that's a different matter. If you have slight redness it may be an isolated incident. It it continues, worsens, or additional textures develop, then there may be cause for concern.
