You mentioned that you read the other posts, but I am curious why you are asking...these posts contained GREAT information with many various suggestions for stopping the pain after a flu shot. It depends so much on your situation, but here is an example from the many, many posts (too many to summarize for you, unfortunately):

That approach seemed effective when directed toward correcting needle stick damage and rsulting scar tissue vs. a vacine toxin issue.
