I wish it were that easy! :-) We would ALL have flat bellies!

To overall lose weight: reduce your calories by eating more healthy and filling foods that you enjoy (fruits, vegetables) and lowering the amount of unhealthy foods. Then...exercise 30-60 minutes DAILY by alternating cardio workouts (walking, running, elliptical machine, exercise class at the gym) with weight-bearing exercises (weight lifting).
