I read the articles, and so im assuming that this would be a mainly safe activity to preform, as long as his underwear are tight enough to not slip and as long as there is no genital to genital contact. Since there is no penetration, and even if he came sperm can not swim through clothing, im assuming this is a generally, mainly safe activity. Does that seem reasonable to you?
