Let's look at this another way. If your boyfriend was to take up something that was the equivalent of your vibrator would you expect him to share that with you? Would you be upset if he didn't? Would you be upset if he did?
What you choose to share is based on the type of relationship you have and the level of intimacy you have on a personal level, not just a sexual one. And, of course, on whether you want to share the vibrator with him. :-)
