I'm sorry you are dealing with such a mean-spirited person. But there is always a way out-- are you afraid that he will leave you with nothing? Losing your son? Not having a job?
I know you don't have the means to hire an attorney, but I looked some up to see if there were any that would at least give you some legal aid and information.
