If your boyfriend did not ejaculate, then there is no sperm to get into your vagina. If by any chance you did get any sperm at all on your hands it would die within minutes. The chances of you getting sperm in your hand, then placing your hand inside of your vagina and sperm being viable and traveling in order to get you pregnant are slim to none. If you had sperm in your hand you would've seen it so I really wouldn't worry about this at all if there was no actual penetration.
