Thank you for your question. Small bumps could be several different things. If you shave, they could be razor bumps..etc. You did indicate that you have bumps inside the vagina? When you explain inside, would this be actually inside the vagina? I would certainly have a physician look at any possible bumps that you have if you are sexually active.
Condoms are important to use although they are not always 100% at protecting you from all sexually transmitted diseases such as genital warts. I would certainly have the bumps looked at if they do not go away on their own within a couple days.
