Hi Shortcutt,
As you might already know, angioedema is an allergic reaction to things like food or dyes. That said, an angioedema diet is individualized for each person. First, the cause must be identified, This is done by a doctor getting detailed info about a person's diet and medications, doing skin tests for sensitivity, testing specific triggers and monitoring symptoms as foods are eliminated from the diet and then slowly re-introduced.
Common food triggers are seafood, dairy, nuts, chocolate, eggs, milk, strawberries, sulfites citrus fruits. Some people react to legumes and yellow dye #5.
So, what food you can and cannot eat on an angioedema diet really depends on what triggers you to have symptoms.
